Is using an EGPU viable with ComfyUI?
I am an AI noob and i recently go a rtx 3090 to use with comfyUI.

- I already have a RTX 4080 but i want to leverage both.
- Turns out there is no way i'm fitting both on my current motherboard and in my current case.
- So basically its down to either i rebuild my system with a new mobo and case (and probably power supply) or turn the 3090 into external gpu connected with thunderbolt.
- Honestly if i can get decent performance (70% of what i would get out of pcie x8 slot) with a external gpu that would be great cause that's a lot more flexible setup.
